The rotative storage systems designed by SYSTEO INDUSTRIE are equipped as a standard with a complete chain protection. The moving parts in handling are reachable from the internal face, pinching risks are almost down to zero. Moreover, this specificity, unique in Europe, guaranties a complete protection of the user in case of disruption of the chain or any other dysfunction that could occur.
To limit the unbalance phenomenon of the charges and preserve the mechanical parts, some of our carousels are equipped with slow start/stop systems.
Technical regulations in health and safety field are described in the “machine regulation 2006/42/CE and the ones du to lifting operations for dedicated application.
Carousels are submitted to self-certification with evaluation procedure and internal controls. However, a certification procedure in ongoing to obtain the “CE MACHINE TYPE” for repetitive types – this would guarantee in advance the perfect conformity and will be delivered by an external office.
